Instead of offering a compilation of parts that have been chosen primarily to increase the vehicle’s ride height, OME 4×4 suspension provides a range
of tuned, matched and integrated systems, each offering optimum levels of comfort, load carrying capability and control characteristics.
The complete Old Man Emu suspension range incorporates more than just 4×4 shock absorbers and springs. At ARB, we take integration to the highest level with our own selection of bushes, U bolts, centre bolts, spring liners, trim packers and suspension fitting kits.
Designed, developed and tested entirely in-house by ARB’s team of Old Man Emu ride engineers, BP-51 shock absorbers are engineered for each vehicle and utilise existing suspension mounting locations.
Providing unrivalled comfort and control over all surfaces, the revolutionary internal bypass design ensures there are no exposed fluid transfer channels on the exterior of the shock. This results in a design that suits existing suspension setups and offers greater longevity.

The 200 Series LandCruiser is a large, powerful passenger wagon with extremely good off road and touring capabilities, frequently used for long distance touring and heavy duty towing duties.
With a noticeably large front to rear rake from the factory, and a wide breadth of ability, OME engineers focussed on providing multiple ride height options to suit a variety of uses, as well as increasing load carrying capability and improving control and handling.
A large range of springs, struts and shocks have been developed to address the large rake, provide numerous ride height options and cater for a range of vehicle setups and engine variants. To further fine tune front ride heights, a trim packer has also been developed.
OME suspension kits for the 200 Series LandCruiser are compatible with all variants.
