Vital for rural and remote area travel, ARB bull bars will provide substantially improved protection for vulnerable mechanical components against anything the New Zealand conditions have to throw at you whilst providing a solid base for mounting other accessories like driving lights, winches and CB antennas.
ARB bars are superbly engineered and manufactured to not only maintain maximum functionality, but also to ensure they complement the look of the vehicle.
Manufactured from steel for ultimate strength and powder coated for durability, the Deluxe bull bar is designed to complement the vehicle’s style and safety systems while offering a solid platform to mount essential 4WD accessories in a seamless and integrated package.
Available for the Hilux model, the Deluxe bull bar is compatible with a selection of Warn, Smittybilt and Bushranger low mount winches. To complement the bar, optional fog light kits are also available.
Each bar in the range is available to suit either flared or non flared HiLux models with bull bars and winch bars also able to incorporate factory fog lights. For added aesthetics, optional colour coding is available on all models.
Note: Not suitable for 4×2 models.
With a more low profile design, the HiLux Sahara bar provides an alternative look to the range of Deluxe bars, whilst retaining many of the strength and protection features.
Offering significantly greater protection than the factory bumper, the Sahara bar is available with or without the polished centre tube and can accommodate a selection of Warn, Smittybilt and Bushranger low mount winches, and is designed to suit HiLux models with factory flares and fog lights.
For added aesthetics, optional colour coding is also available.

Incorporating many of the strength related features of a Deluxe bull bar, the Commercial bar provides considerable frontal protection but achieves cost savings through a simplified manufacturing process.
ARB’s Commercial bar for the Toyota HiLux offers superior protection via its unique design, featuring heavy gauge steel tube for the centre and outer frame whilst forgoing a number of cosmetic features such as colour coding and urethane buffers.
The commercial combination bar is available to suit HiLux models with or without flares and is equally suited to winch and non winch applications.

Specifically designed for the Toyota HiLux 2011-2015 model, the latest model of the Vehicle Frontal Protection System blends seamlessly to the contours of the vehicle, maintaining the intended aesthetics of the Toyota design while providing unparalleled safety.
Available for both 2WD and 4WD Hilux models, and serving as an ideal platform for mounting accessories such as driving lights and CB antennas, an ARB alloy nudge bar will provide increased frontal protection as well as adding aesthetic appeal.
As with all of our other frontal protection products, ARB nudge bars are fully engineered for airbag compatibility.
Every bumper starts its life as a flat sheet of steel. Individual components are cut to shape using ARB's state of the art, computer aided laser cutters which can cut to a tolerance of just 0.2mm with no heat distortion, resulting in superior surface finishes and accuracy.
Individual components are then folded to make up the sections of the bumper using a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine which ensures maximum accuracy and consistency. Most bumpers utilise ARB's five fold design, with each fold providing additional strength.
ARB Bumpers are made with strong 2.6mm wall thickness tubing. The tube is cut to the desired length and bent with a CNC Eagle internal mandrel bender ensuring consistency, accuracy and an even wall thickness accross all sections.
Once folded, each section is welded utilizing a robot welder. Robot welders are used for straightforward, repetitive welding jobs that require deep penetration, speed and accuracy.
When individual components are complete, the bumper is assebled. All sections including pan, wing, uprights, outer frame and chassis brackets are placed in a jig and tack welded. This is followed by finish welding and grinding for strength and aesthetics. Jigs are assessed regularly to ensure accuracy.
To complete the manufacturing process all ARB bumpers are shot blasted, before entering a 5 stage chemical wash to prepare the surface for maximum powder adhesion. They're then powder coated and oven baked to ensure a rich and durable finish. As well as being an attractive and durable finish, powder coating provides an excellent base for painting if colour coding is required.
